  • Which French fusion dishes are available gluten-free?

    Almost our entire menu is gluten-free. Many appetizers, main courses, and desserts are either naturally gluten-free or can be modified to meet dietary needs and without sacrificing flavour or presentation. Our knowledgeable staff is always happy to guide you through the selections.


    When you dine with us, your server can recommend dishes that are gluten-free and explain any necessary modifications. If you need to know ahead of time, please send us an email.

    Yes, plenty of gluten-free options are available for all catering services as well. Please inform us in your initial inquiry and we can discuss.

In addition to gluten-free needs, we regularly work with individuals who have vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, dairy-free, and other special dietary requirements. Our team understands that dietary needs can overlap and require extra attention, which is why clear communication is essential. When you share your restrictions, our staff coordinates closely with the kitchen to ensure meals are prepared thoughtfully and safely. We aim to provide dishes that are flavourful, balanced, and consistent with our menu standards—not afterthoughts. Whether you’re dining alone or with a group, we strive to make the experience inclusive and enjoyable for everyone at the table.   • Do I need to notify the restaurant in advance of gluten-free meals?

    Advance notice is appreciated, especially for complex dietary needs. We are able to be much more accommodating if discussed in advanced. That said, we can typically accommodate gluten-free requests during regular service without prior notice (aside from Afternoon Tea where advanced notice is required). Our servers can guide guests through suitable menu options.

  • Is there an extra charge for gluten-free modifications?

     No, we do not charge extra for gluten free modifications. The only exception is Afternoon Tea, where there is a $2.00 surcharge.
